How to Measure

Bust – Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal.

Waist – Measure around your natural waistline, usually just above the navel.

Hip – Measure around the widest part of your hips, usually 7–8 inches below the waist.

Shoulder – Measure from the tip of one shoulder across to the other.

Arm Hole – Wrap the tape around the shoulder joint where the sleeve will sit.

Pant Waist – Measure around the waist where bottoms normally sit.

Pant Hip – Measure around the fullest part of your lower hips.

Pant Length – Measure from waist to ankle or desired length.
